TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS

Due to the recent accident at our water refilling station, ShaunTi Water Refilling Station will temporarily suspend operations until everything is back to normal.

We are thankful that there were no casualties, and those affected only sustained minor injuries and scratches. 🙏

As a small business supplying water to our barangay, this is also a difficult time for us. We humbly ask for your prayers, understanding, and support during this challenging time.

We will resume operations once everything is back to normal.

Good Day, Valued Clients!

We would like to inform everyone who is placing bulk orders of mineral water containers that starting today, we will be implementing a strict payment policy.

Clients who have unpaid balances for 3–4 days will not be supplied or released any mineral water gallons until the balance is fully settled.

While we understand that delays may sometimes happen, we can only allow a maximum order of ₱500 or up to 20 pieces of mineral water gallons for clients with pending payments.

If the balance remains unpaid beyond the given period, future orders may be temporarily suspended until all outstanding payments are cleared.

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding. As a business, we also have responsibilities such as paying for electricity, staff salaries, and other operational expenses. Your timely payment helps us continue providing quality service to everyone.

Business is business, and we respectfully ask everyone to honor their obligations so we can continue serving you fairly and consistently.

Good evening valued clients,

We sincerely apologize for the interruption of your ice cube orders. Due to the low voltage of electricity in our barangay, our machines are currently unable to operate properly. The required voltage is 220V, but the current supply is only around 130–150V, which prevents our machines from operating normally.

Rest assured that if ice is available, we can still accommodate small purchases, but bulk orders may not be possible at the moment until the voltage returns to normal.

Please be informed that the NGCP-scheduled power interruption affecting the Rinconada Area has been rescheduled.

📅 New Date: February 7, 2026

According to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), the interruption affecting CASURECO III (Naga–Iriga 69kV line) will now take place on the new date.

⛔ This may affect ice production and availability on that day.
