We're taught to do more.

More tasks.

More goals. More pressure.

But more doesn't always mean better. Today's reminder (Freya - Day 5):

Do less. But do it well. Focus is a skill most people ignore.

Because being busy feels productive. But being intentional is what actually moves you forward.

Not everything deserves your energy. Not everything needs your attention.
