Hey Red Spartans!

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 167 declaring February 24, 2023 as a Special Non-working day in celebration of the EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary, classes in ALL LEVELS in all campuses are suspended.

Therefore, the selling of uniforms will be moved on Monday, February 27, 2023.

We will be accommodating 100 slots for the Selling of Uniforms tomorrow, February 24, 2023. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ECOBAG AND BALLPEN.

*Here is the process you need to do to avail your school uniforms online.
Step 1. Access this link https://dione.batstate-u.edu.ph/appointment/ #/
Step 2. Select Event. Choose RESOURCE GENERATION OFFICE - PABLO BORBON : Selling of uniforms
Step 3. Log in using your student portal credentials. Make sure your contact number and email address are valid.
Step 4. Select date of appointment.
Step 5. Submit your appointment.
Step 6. There are two options:
6.1 Visit your email account. There will be an automatic message for an Online Appointment System, then view and print your schedule.
6.2 Note the Reference # and the PIN after you submit your appointment. Click the View tab next to Schedule tab above. Place your Reference number and the 4-digit PIN. View. Then print your schedule.
Step 7. You may proceed to the office on the scheduled date to personally check and pay for your school uniform.

Buying of uniforms is via Online Appointment only.
Claiming of Uniforms is from 8:00am - 3pm only of the said scheduled appointment. The procedure of the Online Appointment is posted on our FB Page.
For those students who will get an appointment,
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK FIRST OUR POSTED AVAILABLE SIZES of uniform before getting a slot in buying of uniforms.
