We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! Your main role will be encoding data accurately and helping out with a few simple office tasks. If you’re organized, confident with MS Office, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Encode and update data in our spreadsheets
• Double-check information to make sure everything is correct
• Help manage electronic and paper files
• Support basic admin tasks like printing, filing, and organizing documents

Who We’re Looking For:
• Aged 20 to 28 years old (preferably female)
• At least a high school graduate (college level or graduates welcome)
• Comfortable using a computer and familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to keep sensitive information private
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks when needed

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in data encoding or admin work
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
