Friendly reminder to our dear online shoppers

Please, please read the product title, description, size, and photos before clicking Checkout.

We recently received a complaint from a buyer who purchased 1 sheet of chunky faux leather but apparently expected to receive a finished hair bow. 😅

Our listing clearly says it is faux leather, the description explains the material, and all the product photos show leather sheets only — there isn’t even a photo of a finished bow in the listing. We also have a photo of the actual leather sheet taken before packing and shipping.

Sellers will always do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but buyers also have a little homework to do: read before you checkout.

A product photo can show what you can create with a material, but please always check exactly what item is actually being sold.

Sharing this as awareness for both buyers and fellow online sellers.
