Nothing spells decadence like BRIOCHE. Adapted from the world famous Le Cordon Bleu recipe this is the love child of a croissant and yeast bread. Rich and buttery this is heaven on the lips and hazardous to the hips!! Thanks all who ordered :)

Ok not for the impatient soul.. Japanese Shokupan bread is worth the toil and wait. Utilizing the Yudane method we have uber soft and fluffy bread for our fave Nutella, peanut butter or jam spread. Making these for friends :)

Nothing says comfort more than homemade old fashioned donuts dearies...better than the ones from Krispy Kreme!
Recipe: 1/2 cup sugar, 2 2/3 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2/3 cup buttermilk, 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp salt. Combine dry ingredients mix in with wet ingredients (do not overmix) dust your surface generously with flour, say a prayer to the kitchen gods...cut out with donut cutter and fry in hot oil. Coat with powdered sugar glaze. Have a cup of coffee and don't mind them hips!!
