Job Title: Shop Operations Associate ๐๏ธ
Location: Rimando Road, Baguio City
Position Type: Full-time Onsite
๐ Job Summary:
The Shop Operations Associate is a unique role that plays a critical part in the daily operations of our gift shoppe. This position is not just about managing inventory and driving sales, but also about creating a welcoming environment and adding a creative touch to our products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, particularly in packaging and presentation, and will be hard-working with creative skills in areas such as flower arranging and document preparation.

- Creative Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package products with an artistic touch, ensuring that every purchase is beautifully presented. ๐
- Create and arrange floral displays as needed, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail. ๐
- Assist with document preparation and other administrative tasks as assigned. ๐
๐ฅผ Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in packaging and presentation.
- Creative skills, especially in areas such as flower arranging and merchandising.
- Hard-working, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software for document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
