1. We support and , ergo most of our pieces are thrifted finds. Check the items carefully (via liv
e/pictures) and listen/read descriptions. Rest assured that we sell selected pieces to assure quality and condition; however, since they are still preloved items, make room for minor imperfections.
2. We do not tolerate bogus buyers, joy reservers, and flakers. Upon ordering (via PM or live), we already have a binding agreement that your reserved item is considered SOLD to you. ❌No return ❌no exchange ❌no cancellations just because of change of mind, unexpected emergency, lack of funds, disapproval of family member, confusion of description during the live and other unnecessary alibis. Order only if 💯 sure. Be informed that we post bogus buyers & joy reservers and permanently ban them from our page.
3. We only allot 1-2 days for you to settle your payments. Please, walang pasaway. We also need funds to keep our small business running. Pinapaikot lang po namin ang aming puhunan.
4. We follow the “payment before shipping policy”. ❌No COD. Our local courier is J&T only. Add 1% to your total bill for insurance for cases of lost or damaged parcels. Once parcel has arrived, take time to document your unboxing/unwrapping for safety & protection of both parties. Your request for refund lies solely on concrete evidence/proof. Our international courier is FEDEX and shipping fee depends on your location and your orders’ volumetric & actual weight. We do NOT offer free shipping.
5. We only have two banks for your payments: BPI & BDO. We do not have a Gcash account.
6. Important reminder: WE WILL ONLY SHIP OUT YOUR PARCEL ONCE ALL ORDERS/RESERVED ITEMS ARE PAID FOR. Refusal to do so will forfeit any downpayments received after the grace period given. Maximum allotted grace period for unsettled payments with downpayments: strictly 5 DAYS ONLY.
