1. Payment and Pre-Orders:

⭕️Customers are required to make a 30% down payment upon placing a pre-order.
⭕️The remaining balance must be settled within one week from the arrival of the items.
⭕️Failure to settle the remaining balance within the specified timeline will result in the forfeiture of the down payment. This fee covers the shipping cost and the time and effort invested in securing the item.

2. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

⭕️The ETA provided is an estimate, and unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such circumstances.

3. Payment Verification:

⭕️Proof of payments should be sent to our official page with an attached screenshot.
⭕️Payments via GCASH with "Send Money Protect" enabled will not be accepted to prevent potential scams and refund requests within 30 days of shipment.

4. Hunt Service or Pabili Service:

⭕️Down payment is required for the hunt service to w**d out potential joy dibbers.
⭕️Refunds will be issued if the requested item cannot be found.

5. Inspection and Refunds:

⭕️Video proof is required for any issues or missing items, starting from the package's opening.
⭕️No video, no refund. We will keep you updated with pictures or videos before shipping and check items for issues before dispatch. We will notify you if there is one.

6. Shipment within Metro Manila:

⭕️For shipments via Lalamove/Grab within Metro Manila, we will handle the booking to prevent potential fraud.

7. Shopee Checkout:

⭕️A specific amount will be charged during the Shopee checkout, determined by the total value of the item. This charge is intended to cover the fees deducted by Shopee.
