Ice candy ala ice cream recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup water
1 kg riped mangoes
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
¾ sugar, adjust taste
1 litre of water
1x10 of ice candy plastic
Procedure:
Dilute cornstarch, set aside
Wash and cut the mangoes, shred
In a pot, pour diluted cornstarch, evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar. Mix to incorporate.
Bring to a boil, stir constantly. Boil over medium heat.
After boils, cool down completely.
After cooling down, add shredded mangoes.
Using funnel, insert into the plastic bag. Pour the ice candy mixture for about ¾ full of the plastic.
Twist the remaining space of the plastic until tube is firm and tie it into a knot.
Freeze overnight.
Try nyo ang resipeng ito, hindi magaspang na ice candy.
