I have a bad experience with SPOTIFY ‼️
I bought 3 family accounts directly on the website or "explore premium plans tab" in spotify. It's a family plan with 2 months subscription. I purchased the first account on March 3, 2025. The second account on March 17 and lastly is on March 22. All of them are gone today stating that all them are not linked to a Spotify account. When I woke up, gcash texted me that it was already unlinked to my spotify. I have all the evidence (screenshot, emails and receipts) that stated the accounts are premium.
Syempre kahit sino naman ma-didisappoint ganito yung nangyari. My first solution was to contact the customer service. They don't have the phone support but they have the chat support through their website. I expected that they would help me but their agents were so rude. I am so disappointed and all I want is to be resolved. I don't have the screenshot of the conversation with the first agent but he was also not polite. And this screenshot was the second agent. He just end the conversation left me dumbfounded😞
I don't know how you guys did these but I've been a long time customer, a loyal customer to the spotify. I hope that someone from spotify company see this and be able to address the issue. Thank you.
