Futien English Center (Online English Learning) is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic English teachers with excellent accents to teach Chinese young kids English online.
Position: Online English Teacher for Chinese Young Kids (Home-based)
Location: Remote/Home-based
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English lessons for young Chinese learners (ages 5-12) in a fun and engaging manner.
- Create and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lesson plans to enhance students' language skills.
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to make learning enjoyable for young learners.
- Provide positive encouragement and constructive feedback to motivate students and foster their language development.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance and attendance.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native English speaker with a clear and pleasant accent.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience in teaching English to young learners, particularly Chinese students, is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
- Availability to work during peak hours in China (evenings and weekends).
