We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware Specialist who can repair the Hardware or build a new one from the scracth.

Your day-to-day task includes:

1) Addressing any Hardware repair queries, ideally Windows PCs, Mobile devices and Apple devices.

2) Build a new PC for TechWare or any of our clients, as and when required.

3) Test and re-test to determine whether they are working properly or demand any other repairs other than mentioned on the jobsheet.

4) Evaluating the process for design and assembly to ensure quality.

5) Ideally looking for someone who is proficient in documenting the system capabilities. Desired but not essential.

6) Analyze information and suggest appropriate configuration for clients for optimal performance at reasonable cost.

Ideally, you will hold a New Zealand Citizenship, Residency or a valid work visa at least for the next 20 months. This is a full-time opportunity based in Pahiatua, New Zealand. However, a Wellington-based opportunity can be negotiated for the right candidate who holds 5+ years of experience in Hardware repairs. Preference will be given to those willing to move to Pahiatua, a rural service town just outside Palmerston North.

We may conduct criminal/background checks as a part of our recruitment process. Apart from the aforementioned skillset, our prospective candidate will have inimitable communication and soft skills, able to communicate confidently and clearly with the management team and clients.
