My latest batch of bookmarks is coming along nicely. These are rimu with a danish oil finish. Another couple of coats of oil, and with the addition of their leather threads and they will be ready for sale.

Just wanted to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. If you’re travelling, please stay safe on the roads, try to relax and unwind from the stress of the year and enjoy the time off work with friends and family.

Just finished off this beautiful reclaimed rimu and jarrah cutting board. It will be for sale at the Tākina Christmas Market this weekend along with all of my other wares. Come along and grab a Christmas present or two.

Reminder that 5% of all of our market sales before Christmas are being donated to Wellington Free Ambulance. We will have a donation box on our stall also if you’d like to just make a regular donation.

It has been a tough year for the Dasato Woodworking extended family. Our family has needed the assistance of Wellington Free Ambulance multiple times this year for different family members and their care has always been fantastic.

To say thank you for all of their hard work and care, we will be donating 5% of all market sales between now and Christmas to Wellington Free Ambulance. So please come and see us and help us to help them. If you would like to just make a donation we would be happy to add it to our donations also.
