First squid fish this year. Was a fun night. Lots of small ones about, with a couple the size of a bic lighter attacking 3.5 jigs. Orange and pinks working well- but the white yamash*ta shallow has been my most consistent jig ever, landing the bigger ones again . Looking a little beaten up - but rarely fails!

Managed a quick flick tonight - nothing in the first 45mins, so changed to a white Yama 3.5 shallow . This jigs caught more squid on it than any other color for me. Often is the one I change to when nothing else seems be working - got these two in quick succession.
