Ali's Pottery Creations I am an emerging potty pottery person. All my life Deep down I have had surpressed artistic twitches, fidgetting waiting to be let out.

All of my creations are crafted in my home studio. each one us individually made and hand glazed by me.

So today has been productive. Post office trip before lunch to post some parcels then back into studio, kiln filled and bisque firing as we speak. Finished the latest wahine sculpture which was challenging as clay and atmosphere very damp and slowed me down somewhat. So glazing current firing some time this week in between gardening is the order for the week.

A winter art installation I created for a shady, cleared corner of my garden. I have admit I got the leaf idea from a former student but took it a step further and created a curtain of leaves. They are a subtle addition.

Mini toadstools on metal rod. Kiddies love these and a great way to get them interested in gardening, instant colour. Equally lovely sitting in a lovely garden pot arrangement or dotted around garden beds which do need a bit of colour at the moment. I have a few in secret locations around my garden, the reject ones of course.

5 hanging fairies with golden wings out of the kiln and for sale. They are quirky handmade delights, having three firings to achieve the golden wings. The gold does make them a little more expensive than white winged fairies. Each one is unique and has a character of its own. Photographs dont do them justice. They will hang flat on a wall .
1. Amaryllis Aane.
2. Celadon Clara
3. Pink Petal
4. Lilac Lil
5. Blue Betty (slight second as smudge around top of dress, minor issue)
