Yum!!!

Yes please! The Refinery in Paeroa has created ‘The Bohemian‘ for this years Melt Challenge and we feel it’s a necessity on a cold and blustery day like today. 😍 Volare Fig and Walnut bread with macerated figs, spiced candied walnuts, our Marinated Buffalo Cheese and fresh Mozzarella, prosciutto, fig syrup and edible flower garnish. Salty, sweet, cheesy and delicious! 🙌 . . .
