Garden Centre Team Member – Seedlings Area

Palmers Bethlehem

Palmers Bethlehem is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking team member to join our busy garden centre, primarily working in the seedlings area.

This role is hands-on and physically active, involving regular lifting, moving stock, and maintaining high presentation standards. Providing friendly, helpful customer service is a key part of the role, so a positive attitude and willingness to assist customers is essential.

What we’re looking for:

Enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual

Strong customer service skills and a friendly manner

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and shifting stock

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Previous garden centre or horticulture experience is an advantage, but not essential

What we offer:

Full-time or part-time hours available

Training provided for the right candidate

A friendly, supportive team environment

The opportunity to work with plants every day
