🙌so much gratitude for brave souls that have the courage to go beyond what is and reaching out within small safe spaces to connect to others and our mother nature 🙌

A few months ago, if you'd asked me what family constellation was, I would've shrugged my shoulders and said, "I've got no idea."

Now it's become one of those spaces I quietly protect.

Family constellations aren't about blaming your family. It's about gently exploring the patterns, pain, roles, and stories we often carry without even realising they were never ours to begin with.

I don't leave every month because my life has suddenly become easier.
I leave because, for a few hours, I get to stop carrying everything alone.

I've watched women cry. I've watched women laugh. I've watched women finally feel seen. I've watched strangers become safe places.

In a world that tells us to keep pushing through, these spaces remind me that healing isn't found in pretending we're okay.

It's found in connection. In nature. In slowing down. In sitting with women who simply get it.

Maybe that's why I keep going back.
Not because I'm broken.
But because healing was never meant to be done alone.

These are the kinds of spaces that change you quietly long before you realise they've changed you at all.

Come and join us to explore what’s possible alongside others🤗

It’s not just about working on deep seated trauma or generational entanglement, it’s also about allowing and receiving. Stopping and taking notice, stopping and smelling the roses. Trusting ourselves and realising we are not alone.
All these moments can be experienced and more during a Family Constellation Group session. I mostly enjoy the awareness or how I experience it as a somatic wisdom. Once I feel it I know it.

You don’t need any experience in this modality, just a willingness to experience something new.

This time we will meet in our rustic setting here at home, by the cozy fire.
