FOUND...To the lovely lady that popped into Our Story Pre-loved Boutique earlier today asking if we had found a rouge scarf in the fitting room that she inadvertentlyhad left behind on Saturday...

We did! It had lodged itself amongst the curtain drape! and we only discovered it after you had left.
Its safe and here for you to collect 💜

Customers don't just come for our fabulous clothes, they come for an experience. 🤩 Over the last couple of days I have noticed how many laughs and amazing conversations with customers we have. 🥰
Some have commented on how cool it is to see behind the scenes of our photo shoots and others shared stories about their prior purchases, or something that is meaningful to their day.
These conversations mean the world. Thank you to the special young woman (with a brain injury) who yesterday shared how Our Story Pre-loved Boutique changed her life. 🥰 It was through visiting the shop that her mum found out about Brain Injury Hawke's Bay We really appreciated you sharing your personal story with us. 💚💜💚
