Little snapshot of some of the varieties we have “over wintering” in preparation for early spring! My favourite time of year 🥰

I plant out big over winter to make the most of the cooler and wetter shoulder seasons. My favourite varieties to overwinter are:

- Stock
- Snapdragon
- Ranunculus
- Sweetpeas
- Dianthus / sweetwilliam
- Statice
- Larkspur
- Corncockle
- Ammi / False Queen Anne’s Lace

Our farm is starting to slow down as we turn another season corner. The Chrysanthemums are in flush and an absolute life saver this time of year! And the Poppies are too sweet 🥰

We’ll be hanging in there until Mothers Day! And then it’s time for next season prep! I’m excited to try my hand at Tulips this Spring, just hoping I haven’t overdone it on the quantities 😅
