. We will be sharpening knives and scissors etc at the market this sunday. Take the time and bring down those blunt knives so we can give them their much needed TLC. Remember that a sharp knife is a safer knife.

We will have our curing oil at our stand available in 3 sizes 250ml, 500ml, and 1 ltr.

When was the last time you treated yourself or a loved one with a high quality wooden cutting board hand-crafted with our tender loving care.

Was great to be back outside at the Rotorua Farmers Market. Last Sunday. Though a slow day was getting great enquiries. One thing that I do get from members of the public and it occurs all the time has me thinking of changing our name to I forgot my knives.com. what do you think?

This is the ideal board for entertaining. It's made from european beech and measures 400x300x40mm thick. It comes complete with the ramikins shown in the photo and feet. It is a very nice board and sure to invite comment from your guests. If you want to see it come down to the Rotorua Farmers Market on sundays and look for our barrow.
