There’s been some debate here at TSP about what to call these.

‘Flower Bricks’ didn’t quite fit (not very brick-like), and while ‘Flower Frog’ isn’t technically correct either … we’re going with it. Quiet, a little hidden, and cute. Flower Frog! 🐸 🌼

Tony has made a hundred, and they’re available in Natural, Milk, and Smoke.

ANZAC WEEKEND HOURS

Our Raglan store will open from 1pm - 5pm on Saturday 25th April. Every other day it’s business as usual, open from 9am - 5pm.

In Newmarket we will also open on Saturday afternoon from 1pm - 4pm. Sunday it’s regular hours from 10am - 4pm, and we will be closed for the day on Monday 27th April.

Tony’s Mother’s Day memories start with flower deliveries in Te Kuiti and a love of growing something from nothing. From stripping Chrysanthemum stems in the shop to planting cuttings under the lemon tree at home, it all stuck.

To celebrate Mother’s Day, every 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 placed between now and May 10th is automatically entered into the draw to win a set of six small Pasta Bowls and one medium Pasta Bowl.

Despite the fact that glaze testing is a long (frustrating) process of trial and error we’re always thinking about new colours.

We’ve been trying to make a good Yellow for a long time so it was a Eureka moment when this test came back recently.

It’s one thing to achieve the right colour, but it’s important to get the right tone as well, so we’re very proud to introduce ‘Dijon’ as the latest colour in our Modern pottery range!
