Entering the awards was an awesome opportunity to reflect on our journey and just how far we’ve come over the past two years. What started as a small passion project has grown into a thriving business, and we’re incredibly proud of what our team has achieved.

A huge thank you to all the pizza enthusiasts around New Zealand who have supported us, attended our classes, bought an oven, shared a pizza with friends, or simply followed our journey.

We’ve had a few cancellations for tomorrow night’s Piemonte Wine Tasting Dinner, so I now have a small number of seats available.

We’re taking a delicious journey through Italy’s Piemonte region, tasting some truly exceptional wines including:
