My customer brought in this old mounted photo of her mother in her ball dress. I worked with the colours in the photo and added the gold elements to make it special, giving it a renewed lease of life.

This is what I love about custom framing. I'll miss the pleasure and joy this brings to my customers when I close at the end of November.

One of my favorite cross-stitch artworks from 2023. Gustav Klimt's 'Tree of Life'. The customer was presented with 2-3 options and this was the one they loved the most. This colour thread is running through the artwork and makes it sing. Anti-reflective glass shows it off to its best. Happy New Year to everyone!

We're on the countdown to Rugby World Cup 2023, and only hours from the All Blacks first game vs France. I thought I'd share this recently completed framed jersey with you. This was Dane Coles last ever game jersey for the Hurricanes. He generously put it up for auction to raise money for the Kapiti Food Bank, supporting his local community. We framed it for him free of charge, as a small contribtion towards his cause. It went to a generous buyer and great fan.
