Any curtains in reasonable condition will be appreciated, so they can be adapted to individual requirements.
You can drop them off at 245 Main Street Palmerston North, open Tuesday-Friday 10am-2pm.

The Red Cross Book Sale team would like to thank all those who volunteered their time and help for the 2026 Sale.
A special mention to the 3 girls, Jazmin, Gabby and Emily, who gave up their day off to open an additional checkout on Friday at our busiest time!
Another special Mention to the manager of The BCC next door, for organizing a sausage sizzle and coffee cart at short notice, and making Waldegrave Street a fun family destination to come to and relive the boredom of the queue!
I list below, others who helped, please excuse us if we have missed anyone, it takes a community to run a book sale and we would never be able to do so without all of you who made donations throughout the year, and those of you who turned out to buy them ❤️

Squeeze in as many books as you can from the General or Children's hall ( or $1 each)
All half price in the priced hall.
Please bring a bag 👜 and any spare you can donate. We expect you to move towards the checkout at 1-30pm, so come early to get the best bargains, we close at 2pm sharp! 🙋‍♀️
