Today I (Philippa) popped into Arohanui Levin store which is the new home of Maries Main St Books. The Otaki bookshop has been relcoated to Levin after the rented Otaki premises was sold. Seeing the books and the shelving was like visiting old friends as it was so good to see them still being used for their intended purpose. It is still a work in progress as not all the books have been moved yet. Marie's photo overlooks the shelving so she can keep an eye on the place. If you are local or passing through on state highway 1 please support the Levin store and buy a few books. I will post a photo in a week or 2.

Sorry the hours have been a bit hit and miss this week. I've been flat on my back sick and haven't had enough volunteers to keep it open. I'm working on it though so things should either improve or I get a little better :-)

Should be open Friday afternoon 1pm - 4pm and Saturday 10.30 - 4pm
