With only 4 weeks to go and still some knitting to do, it's time to think about the what and how. A bakers shelf, given to me in the late 90s while I was living in Perth, will make a useful accessories display stand. It folds flat for easy transport.

Progress of the 2ndcstocking. I've just finished the first lot of decreases and am knitting straight for a few hours.
In my search for stocking knitting patterns, I have come across two from the 1920s and all others from the 1940s. I have yet to discover a pattern from the 1930s. I wonder why?
