It's Autual Factual Friday 😀

One Friday closer to daylight savings

Annette from the Jewllery corner has put together a lovely Oriental inspired display 🧡

Our generous hunting book donar has made sure there are plenty more, and they are proving very popular.

I locked eyes with the chocolate biscuit stash today.. I thought it was the first aid kit... I guess it is in a way 😅

Our tool department is gaining momentum, with customers commenting on the quality of the 'old school' tools

There are still some limes for sale up at the counter

The Children's knitwear lovingly made by our volunteers is almost sold out.. once it's gone, it's gone until next Winter, so...

Our glass cabinet by the Jewllery counter is a great way to showcase some more valuable / interesting items

Happy Actual Factual (freakin cold) Friday ❄️😀

Here's the week that was at 1 Russell Street 😎

❄️ We were treated to a beautiful hair display from Princess Charley! What a gorgeous young lady, and a passionate op-shopper apparently. Thanks Charley 💜

❄️ Great excitment this week when our new truck arrived 😀
Now we have a greater capacity to collect and deliver goods. Yay! Thank you Hospice Shop Friends for making this happen

❄️ We are full swing into our big bric sale, with plenty of goodies at amazing prices!

❄️ There are shopping baskets at the front of the shop for your convenience 😉

❄️ I got to play 'Say yes to the dress' today. We have our wedding dresses available in the vintage area, and I might have bought one... 😅 It's being turned into a skirt so watch this space...

❄️ We are on the lookout for a professional cleaner once a week at the store. Pop in and ask to speak to Sam or Ant if you are interested...

Happy Actual Factual Friday team!!
Let's kick this off with the week that was 😎

👉 As that chick from Grease once said "let's get physical" 😜
$3 exercise clothing at front of the shop
👉 Sewing machine has been busy out the back with Janet making curtains for both our stores from jeans
👉 Lots of work going on behind the scenes organising our stock, and in one room it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 😳😅
👉 Our new volunteers are fitting in nicely, with plenty of support from our more experienced team which is lovely and very much appreciated
👉 Our new glass cupboard at the jewellery counter is perfect for our more valuable items and Kerry has added some of the items we have listed on trademe - along with the listing details. Worth a look
👉 Grapefruit for sale
👉 Still plenty of lovely quality warm clothing and shoes for the family
