Next itemfrom me.
I had caught up with all my saddle orders and was looking forward to a break from them. But am now suffering from bordem. Any one out there that might want a saddle made up. If so you could give me a reply and we can discuss.
A good chance to be at the top of the list..
One or two would be nice.

Hi folks,
We have still got a range of weighted reins available.
They are 7mm plus through the body with a heavy tail and are a supple double stuffed leather .
Widthes we cut are 10 mm, 12mm 15mm and now 20mm.
Lenghts range from 2 metres (6.6 inch) to 2.4 metres (8ft plus).

Weighted reins for xmas
I have just received another shipment of leather to make weighted reins with. My first shipment took over 2 years to be delivered, and this one has taken 18 months as the tannerys dont get many hides heavy enough.
We are cutting 12mm, 15mm, 20 mm widths
Lengths range between 1.8etres to2.4 metre
Thats 6 feet to 8 feet approximately

Hello, with years of experience in crafting western saddles, I'm now exploring antiquing methods. My desired outcome is a selective dark brown finish on carved and stamped elements, preserving the natural color of raised sections while showcasing tooling marks and backgrounds with a subtle patina
I find with the little i have tried that the paste discolor the raised areas even when wiped off. Any one out there that may ba able to advise me on how to prevent this
