Donations to the wonderful Kiwi Christmas Books charity have now closed. So many generous customers bought children's books in store and gave them to us to donate it was heartwarming and a little overwhelming! I took two large boxes of beautiful books for children from 0 to 16 years old to Hutt Women's Refuge. They will include them in their Christmas parcels to families who have experienced violence and other forms of family harm. We all know that food and shelter are the vital necessities of life that Refuge provides at the very worst moments of people's lives when they are often without both. However a book can change a life too - a moment of respite, a new way of seeing things, a story to transport you to another world. Together we will make the world a better and a safer place.

As much as I would love to provide the bill payment and Waka Kotahi/NZTA services to Martinborough, our Post Shop is only a send and receive agency. All of your letters and parcels can come and go from here. The nearest full-service Post Shops at which you can access the motor vehicle and bill payment services are Featherston and Greytown. Carterton and Masterton Post Shops also provide these services.

As the street side post box was recently forcibly removed, all of your post can be sent via The Martinborough Bookshop, located behind the Village Cafe. Letters, stamps, courier parcels, post bags, envelopes, boxes - come and see us for anything post related and we'll be delighted to help you get your mail where it needs to go.
