Using AI or Canva for your logo/design? Please read!

We often get asked if we can print or embroider designs created with AI or Canva. While these are great tools for creating ideas and artwork, the files they produce aren't always ready for production.

Most AI or Canva designs need to be converted into the correct format for our print and embroidery machines to pick up. However, even after conversion, the artwork often still needs to be cleaned up, or redrawn completely to ensure it prints or embroiders correctly and produces the best result.

Please keep this in mind when requesting custom printing or embroidery, as artwork that requires additional preparation or need to be redrawn will incur an Art fee.
