Introducing Middlehurst Station Sheepskins

Nothing goes to waste at Middlehurst. Our sheepskins are a by-product of the merino lambs we process - instead of ending up as waste, every skin is carefully tanned to become something you'll have for years to come.
Merino wool means a softness you won't find in other breeds: silky soft underfoot, warm through winter, and full of natural character. Each sheepskin carries the story of the high country it came from.

We are so excited to launch our very first Meal Kit - Lamb Ragu!
Chef Samson has taken our delicious Merino lamb and slow-braised it for hours into a rich, deep ragu.
We've packed everything you need to get it on the table - Rummo pasta, parmesan, and the frozen ragu itself.

Just heat, toss, and serve. Dinner for four, done!
