Anyone between the ages of 18-25 may be asked to provide a physical Government issued ID to be allowed service and entry in the store, as required by law. If entering in a group, everyone must have ID or no one can be allowed entry or service. These are the laws provided by the NZ government and we must follow them. There are no exceptions. NZ Government issued IDs we can accept are New Zealand Driver's Licenses, Valid NZ Passports, 18+ Cards and Kiwi Access Cards. People in school uniforms will also not be permitted entry or served. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Covid-19 Level 3 Announcement - Open For Click n' Collect

We are happy to announce that all of our stores will be open again tomorrow (Tuesday, 28th) with our regular store hours.

We will be operating on a Click n' Collect system that means you can order goods online and choose the store you want to pick up from through checkout.

Steps To Contactless Pickup

1. Order online first, select the store location you want to pick up from during checkout.

2. We will send you an automated email when your order is ready or head down to the store shortly after ordering.

3. Wait at the door to be served, please be 2 meters apart if waiting in line.

4. If you have any questions about products or your order, please call the store you are wanting to pickup from.
Please Note:

- We will NOT be accepting EFTPOS/CASH

- Please use PoliPay/Laybuy during checkout to avoid any delays. Manual Bank Transfers will take 24 hours to be processed.

- We will not be able to give Cash Change or refunds. We will manually bank transfer any refund. Please have your bank account details ready.

- Online Orders and deliveries through the website are functional as normal
