Here‘s some super simple slow cooker inspiration! A chicken casserole that you can easily make with our Chicken thighs (bone in), and right now they are only $5.99 a kilo! (Until the 2nd August 2026) .

This is a rich, hearty winter warmer that the whole family will love! 🔥 (Plus they’ll be plenty of tasty leftovers for later 😋) Check it out and don’t forget to visit our website for more recipe ideas. 💡👍

🍗 SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CASSEROLE

You’ll need:
• 750g chicken thighs (Bone in or out both work)
• 150g bacon, chopped
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 200g mushrooms
• 150g green beans
• 1 cup red wine
• 2 cups beef stock
• 400g crushed tomatoes
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1½ tsp dried thyme
• 2 bay leaves
• Salt and pepper

And you can also add 350g baby potatoes if you like. Plus Cornflour slurry, if needed (see below)

Here’s how to prepare in some super easy steps!

1. Brown the bacon and chicken.
2. Add everything to the slow cooker.
3. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
4. Check the gravy. Top tip: If it’s too thin, ladle some into a pan, stir through a little cornflour slurry until thickened, then pour it back in.

Serve it up hot and feed the family! YUMMM 😋
