Game Centre will be closed on Anzac Day Saturday April 25th and on Monday April 27th. We are open late as per usual on Thursday April 23rd so please come in and get things then do the long weeken!

It is with great pleasure that we announce our annual Immortals Painting Competition for 2026, hosted along with the Waikato Scale Model’s annual competition. It’ll be a great day to view incredible talent on display, enjoy some events and maybe win prizes!

The usual Single Model, Squad and Large Model categories are still here, as well as the newer Junior category, but this year we’re introducing the Small Scenic and Large Scenic categories for our more dedicated painters.

We hope to offer a range of great prizes thanks to our sponsors in the wargaming community. Spot prizes will be drawn throughout the day, and we hope to run some raffles. There’ll be a stalls for hobby stores, learn-to-play and demo sessions for a variety of wargaming systems, a speed-painting event, display tables and an in-house kitchen/bar to keep you refreshed.

Looking to pick up an exciting new hobby during the school holidays? Want to make friends, roll dice and fight epic futuristic battles with incredible models?

The Hamilton Immortals invite you to join an introductory session for learning the Warhammer 40,000 tabletop wargame, popular with millions of players and one of the biggest sci-fi franchises in the world!

Date: Wednesday 15th April
Time: 2-6pm
Location: Hamilton Immortal Clubrooms, Glenview Club, 211 Peacockes Road, Fitzroy, Hamilton

Entry is free, and all models/equipment are provided. Spaces are limited, so you’ll need to register quick by emailing [email protected]! This event is suitable for intermediate and high school students who want to pick up a new hobby during this coming school holidays, and we’d love to have you join us for a Wednesday afternoon to learn a new game and have some fun!

Our website is not accessible for many people. There was a download on Friday that seems to have affected the site. Sadly the earliest it will probably receive attention is Tuesdayif you want something on the weekend please send an email with your phone number and we will attempt to get back to everyone on Monday and do orders over the phone.
