The Spanish Bluebell is officially closed for business for the foreseeable future. 🥀💜

The past 3 years of being in business have been some of the most growth inducing years of my life. I have met so many wonderful flower friends, business friends and beautiful clients. I have the opportunity to be a part of so many peoples special days and for that I will always be thankful.

I am shutting the door on TSB for the foreseeable future as I pour my time back into my first passion which is music, and well as helping other people out in their businesses. If you’d like to keep up with what I am doing you can follow me at these accounts:

I may reopen the door in the future but for now my workspace has been mostly cleared of flower things to make way for an arts & crafts corner.

One of my besties got married 🎉😍

And I got to try something new by doing mainly fresh flowers for her wedding, which is ironic as it was my last wedding for the foreseeable future.

A fitting way to close the door on this chapter of my life with the Spanish Bluebell. The door is not locked, but shut until some time in the future when I may have time or need of the flowers again 💗💗💗

The cause is one close to my heart and one that I aim to support in someway every year!

This year I donated a large wreath to Chrissy from for her annual and it is currently up for action on her IG feed.

This may be one of the last wreaths I create for a long time so if you’ve been wanting to get your hands in one of my creations and also support a great cause, go over and bid!

One of my favourite things to do in Kirikiriroa is go to the Hamilton Gardens throughout the different season to see what flowers they have in bloom. 🪴

A couple of weeks ago they opened up the new Egyptian garden and (the hubby) and I went along with the crowds to go and see it.
favourite thing about the Egyptian garden was the details of the wall murals and their vibrancy.

Also can someone tell me what that root vegetable is in the last photo? 🤪😅

Had a lovely morning at the .nz craft market put on by .nz 🥰

Shared my table with the lovely (and got to model one of her head wraps) and has my friend with my goddaughter Anah there too! 🥰💕

Throwback to my last wedding last year for 🌻

Dried flower bouquets with a few artificial sunflowers for Aly’s bouquet.

We went into a lockdown in Hamilton the night before I was due to put together Aly’s wedding flowers so I only ended up having time to get Aly’s brides bouquet ready.

Thankfully I was able to get the rest of the flowers to Aly for another florist (Wild Bella in Morrinsville) to put together the bridesmaids bouquets and they did a wonderful job.

On Saturday I will start selling some of my dried flower collection and other flower creation materials.

It’s time to say goodbye.. 🥀

I’ve loved being on this flower journey but lately I’ve been feeling guilty that I haven’t been able to give The Spanish Bluebell the attention it deserves.

I will be finishing up all current orders and preservations over the coming months but will no longer be taking on anything new.

Thank you so much for all your support over the past couple of years. ❤️
