We sent another run of Sand Stumps off for powder coating . They should be yellow like the one the left but someone must color blind.
In truth we were just having a bit of fun with a mate who wanted one.

Been having a bit of fun recreating a key for a treasure chest made in Holland in 1640.
The chest is on display at TANS the local museum slash library.

A friend of ours brought his Quad in for a couple of rust repairs. There's no frame left inside the yellow line.
Anyway Bryan bent up some new rails and put it back together. I will post a pic when I find, but it came back from the dead.

Today we installed a new pair of aluminum gates for one of our good customers.
He liked them so much that we now have replace his man gate.

Here's a fun little project we have working on.
Les the owner built the boat and we supplied and fitted the engine. The bow rail , bait board and windscreen frame plus the trailer were fabricated by us.

Hello out there, I haven't posted for a while. So tonight I had a cast of the new Daiwa CAST IZM Surf rod. I have been busting to give a flick. The new rod is a smart looking bronze gold color with Fuji lowrider guides a white tip and an ergonomic but grip. I used a 125gm casting weight 10kg Velocity Surf line and 15-50 tapered leader on a Penn 7500LC reel. The rod is rated to 225 grams which sounds like a lot which I couldn't cast as I have damaged ribs at the moment.
All I can say is wow, distance isn't a problem plenty of power and the tip is very sensitive. All the sections have alignment dots which should be standard on every rod.
In my opinion its a great rod that is well built and well priced at wee under $1000.00.
