🚧 FIELDAYS TRAVEL ALERT FOR TARANAKI 🚧
Heading to Fieldays tomorrow? You will need a new plan.

A managed closure is in place on SH3 at Mōkau (see below⬇️) which means: Town traffic, tourists, and unsuitable vehicles will be turned around

👉 Known locals and 4WDs will be allowed a bit further north, however, there is a full hard closure just north of the Awakino River bridge with no through access

🚫 Bottom line: SH3 north is not a viable route to Fieldays

✅ Avoid delays and frustration by planning an alternative route now and allowing extra travel time
Stay safe and check updates before you hit the road 🛣️

“TSB was the very first bank in New Zealand to be online. We were the first to bring ATMs to this country, beating the big banks including ASB. Our local team designed and developed our own core banking software from the ground up. It was so advanced that we licensed it and exported it.” Kevin Rimmington, former Managing Director of TSB Bank for 21 years, said during his speech.

At a public meeting on Friday, Rimmington delivered his remarks following Toi Foundation's presentation where they outlined their case for the sale of TSB.

“If the trust is unhappy with the level of dividends coming from the bank, the solution is simple – change the directors to get the required results.” he said during the speech.

“Trustees, you are the guardians of a legacy. TSB Bank is not just a financial institution, it is Taranaki’s most valuable asset, it is a living icon of our region’s independence.“
