We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a smoother, more seamless shopping experience - making it easier than ever to find what you need, access helpful resources, and get the right info at the right time.
Here’s what you need to know 👇
🧾 RECEIPTS
Please keep a copy of your receipt for any recent purchases. After 30 June 2026, we will no longer have access to receipts for purchases made before 1 April 2026, so it’s important to contact your local store if you don’t have a copy. This will make returns, exchanges, or warranty requests much easier. And if you haven’t already, don’t forget to register your receipt for warranty on eligible products.
💳 STORE CREDITS
All current store credits will be automatically transferred to our new system - there’s nothing you need to do. Once transferred, all existing credits will have a 6-month expiry, and any new store credits issued after 1 April 2026 will have a 12-month expiry.
🎁 GIFT CARDS
All existing gift cards need to be converted into an e-voucher. Please contact the store that issued your card before 30 September 2026 to arrange the transfer. After this date, any gift cards that haven’t been transferred will no longer be valid. Once converted, the new e-voucher will have a 3-month expiry.
📦 STOCKTAKE
All stores will be closed from 30–31 March 2026 for stocktake. You can still place orders online during this time - they’ll be processed when we return on 1 April 2026.
