We thought we should introduce ourselves properly.
Behind Team Rocket HQ/HypeByte is Shea and Anna - family run business. Shea has been part of the community for a long time. Anna is more the accounts side of things as she works as a new entrants teacher during the week. But, she likes opening cards and does most of our live videos - usually with an apple juice in hand. We have 5 kids between us. 3 boys who are with us most of the time and 2 twin girls who live with their Mum mostly. So, we have a very busy household at times. But, we promise to deliver excellent service as that's our passion and you are welcome to message us anytime. We are going to keep both pages going separate as Team Rocket is mainly singles ( for those wanting to finish a collection or after a certain card). HypeByte will continue as mainly the sealed etc. So, Sam has kindly put this into our hands - Shea and Sam have known each other for a while through the community. You know Sam wouldn't just sell it to anyone. So, we promise to look after you and give you the high service you received with Sam and any problems we are just a message away.

Well its time to say goodbye.

As some of you may know the company has sold.

I have loved getting to know so many of you and building some amazing friendships due to this little company.
Now that its about to end I am sad but happy to have been able to help so many people a long the way.

- Don't worry, any outstanding pre orders (Silver Tempest gets collected Monday) will all be supplied by new owner and your pre order payments have been transferred to them if you do want to cancel.
- HypeByte is staying but will be run by the new owner
- I am still around if anyone needs to ask anything

This will be the last post from myself.
Please remember I am not going anywhere, I will still be part of the community and will still be collecting and helping out where I can.
Feel free to message me on my personal page anytime if you ever need help with pricing etc and I will do my best to help.

Again, this was so fun and such an enjoyable adventure.
Its time for me to focus on myself and put myself first for once :D

I love you all!! I didn't realize how hard it would be to say goodbye.

**Silver Tempest Updates**

Stock has finally arrived. Unfortunately to late to get this weeks courier as none run on the weekend. All packages are getting packed tonight ready to go to the depot first thing Monday morning

Silver Tempest is yet to land in Nz via courier. We were hoping for no delays but unfortunately shipping is still horrendous. As soon as I have an update on timeframe I will post to update you all.

Any pre orders will be shipped out as soon as they arrive to us.

**Charizard UPC updates!!**

So tracking shows the stock was collected from Auckland today. Unfortunately this means they may not arrive to us till Late tomorrow or Friday. Will all be packaged and sent the next day after arrival.
Sorry about any delays in receiving them this may cause, but unfortunately we are at the mercy or shipping delays atm.

So excited for you all to get them!!

*** Big News ***

After much thought, I have decided to sell HypeByte Ltd. (don't worry all current pre orders that are paid for will still be filled!!)

Due to working fulltime again and also wanting to focus on other things which will mean not having time to provide the service etc you all know and love, I have decided its time to sell.

If you or someone you know is interested, get them to message me either via here or on my personal page (if you know who I am)

Price will not be discussed in the questions, only via DM! Also please keep any discussions of sale/price etc private please!

You will get the following with purchase of the company (may be stuff I missed):

- Website all running with Laybuy etc
- Trademe account with perfect feedback
- This page with over 320 followers
- All current stock (just look at the website for a quick view of what we have in stock)
- Banter account with access to Pokemon TCG, Squishmallow, Figurines, TCG packaging like sleeves and folders etc and much more!
- Tech accounts if you want them (suppliers for items like CPU, GPU, Power Supplies, mice, software, PCs, Notebooks etc etc)
- Shipping account with GoSweetSpot (comes with thermal label printer, some packaging etc)
- All current pre orders.
- Company will be put under your name (you will be liable to organise GST and IRD register etc for you)

I more than likely missed something above.

How current pre orders will work:
Company will not be handed over until after the Charizard UPC have been received and shipped out as this will be far to hard to organize transfer of etc.
After this though all pre orders paid for will have the money transferred to the new owner, you will then be liable for this stock and all refunds for any order cancelations.

I can explain a lot easier either over a call on Discord or phone. Feel free to message with any questions.
No documentation will be handed over or provided with out proof of funds etc!

** More Updates!!**

SOOO, the Evolving Skies ETBs should be here tomorrow (rung courier and that's what they said)

As for the other updates, we got confirmation of stock levels for the following items:

- Pokemon Go Premier Deck Holder Collection - Dragonite VSTAR (all orders will be filled and still have stock left) - 04/11/2022
- Pokemon Go Pin Collection (all orders will be filled and may have spare stock which will be confirmed on arrival) - 28/10/2022

Now this one is a big one.... We have only gotten super limited numbers on the following:
- Pokemon TCG Holiday Calendar - 04/11/2022
When I say super limited, I literally mean 5 of them. Due to this, they will be allocated to the first 5 orders that had been placed for preorder.
These must be paid for by 21/10/2022 no exceptions and no holds! If you get an invoice you were one of the lucky ones. If you want to cancel, please let me know ASAP so I can allocate to the next person.
Sorry for anyone that missed out, unfortunately allocations are completely out of our hands.

**Stock Updates**

According to tracking, the Evolving Skies ETB's may arrive tomorrow! If so, I will do my best to package them all ready for collection on Friday. Can't promise I will have them all done though as I do work full time and I am only a 1 man army and have a lot to package.

Also here are some updates on timeframes for other product coming, please allow 2-3 weeks from these dates as this is a timeframe into supplier based in Aussie:
