I’ve stopped doing Runner/Coach/Club of the Month because I didn’t love the whole “one winner” thing when everyone nominated genuinely deserved recognition.

But there are still plenty of ways to highlight great runners, clubs and coaches without turning it into a competition — open to ideas.
