Introduction of a Fuel Adjustment Factor

We have tried to absorb the current spike in fuel prices but we are getting hit with additional charges from all suppliers of services, as much as 15% in some cases.
From Monday the 18th May we will be charging a Fuel Adjustment Factor to all sales of an additional 5% of the sale price.

This will be reviewed fortnightly with reference to the MBIE index, and will change as fuel prices rise and fall.

That oat milk carton you finished this morning? It doesn't have to go to waste.

We've teamed up with New World Devonport to make Tetra Pak recycling easy for our community. Drop your cartons off in-store next time you're doing your shopping, or bring them to us at Resource Recovery Devonport.

Cut it open, give it a rinse, and we'll take care of the rest. Your carton gets sent to a factory in Hamilton and turned into sustainable building materials.
