Overnight Livestock Shipping Update 🚨

Due to incredibly low temperatures expected tonight, we have postponed all overnight live courier orders and will re-evaluate the weather for a dispatch tomorrow.

Heat packs only work with temperatures above 4 degrees, so it isn't suitable for us to risk our livestock shipping in such temperatures.

Airfreights continue as normal and if you have placed a livestock courier order we strongly recommend you switch to our same day airfreight service, which is much more suitable for winter weather.

If you'd like to do this, please get in touch - otherwise affected customers will recieve an email within the next 5 minutes advising of the new delivery date.

Finally, a reminder that all shipping is weather dependant, and EMA reserves the right to change the delivery date of your order based on whats best for the livestock.

Store update 🚨

We’ve had a few questions about our acro system - the good news is it has been temporarily shut down while we rearrange the store. Our LPS system will be moved in the coming weeks to connect up with the SPS system to create one big coral system, allowing for better stability and efficiency in our business.

Stay tuned for updates - we have a heap of Acropora to fill it, so the sooner we get it sorted the better! 🌊
