The wire it twisted to shape using various nontarnishable and/or lacquered wires. All gemstones leaves are hand made using real semi precious and polished gemstones such as Amethyst and Peridot. Each piece is unique and based on a cut of locally sourced mica schist rock with felt sheet to avoid damage when placed on tables.
