Santa’s sack was overflowing with brand new books this year so he stopped by early to spread some Christmas joy 🎄

Thanks to publishers across Aotearoa (and Santa) we’ve got stockings full of exceptional prizes to be won, starting with the newly coined annual Festive Fun Short Story Competition. Enter and you might win your Christmas presents for those who love books (or for yourself!) by submitting the best 250 words you’ve ever written or near enough.

Go as wild or as tame as you please with your creation. Being a wordsmith is not a necessity. Illustrations are optional, humour will be appreciated, and hand deliveries are accepted.

Roll up! It’s the Unity Bookclub happening once again because it was just so much fun the first time.

We’re reading the highly acclaimed memoir Grand from Aotearoa’s Noelle McCarthy and there’s so much to unpack we can’t wait to host you and get to it.
