We are proud to announce that we will be exhibiting at FHA Singapore 2026, representing Aotearoa New Zealand on one of Asia’s leading food and hospitality stages.

At Booth 8D4-01 in the New Zealand Pavilion we will be presenting a curated selection of our signature collection, including our Pāmu Deer Milk Chocolate, A2 Milk Chocolate, and a tasting flight of our single estate tablet bars sourced from exceptional Pacific origins.

Guests will also have the opportunity to discover a number of special unreleased creations arriving in the second half of 2026 a preview of what is next for Ao Cacao.

FHA Singapore is an opportunity for us to share our craft, our origins, and our vision with an international audience.

We look forward to welcoming visitors to experience Ao Cacao.

2026 is already moving fast

Big things happening behind the scenes as we scale up production, refine new recipes, and prepare some new concepts to be released later in the year, New equipment, new capacity, and most importantly momentum — all building toward Easter season.

In typical fashion there will be bold concepts, beautiful craftsmanship, and chocolate done properly, bean to bar, the Ao Cacao way.

Inside you’ll find a full tour of our chocolate world:
• Bonbons in signature seasonal flavours
• Mini tablet bars across our Origins & Estates
• Baked treats like our Yuzu Jaffa Financier and ultra-decadent brownies
• Snacking bars (our takes on Mars, snickers etc. don’t worry no peanuts here)
• Handmade marshmallows
• Mini hot chocolates
• Caramels & confections
• Confit fruits

• And the star of the calendar: our Ao Cacao Christmas Cake — fruity, boozy, chocolate-forward, with some of the boring fruit replaced by our favourite fruit… our chocolate, topped with confit orange & almond praline, then fully enrobed in chocolate. A classic transformed. No dry cakes here… only rich, juicy indulgence…. Better yet the cake is for sharing and can double up as an intimate pudding when heated up and enjoyed with Ice Cream.

Ao Cacao Christmas Calendar 2025

25 days of confections, chocolate, and festive indulgence — limited to just 100 pieces worldwide.

This year, we’re going full pastry chef. Each calendar is handcrafted in our Auckland atelier and filled with 25 drawers of chocolates, confections, and baked creations — all made fresh, with no preservatives or additives.

On the left door, a tribute to Wright’s Dairy, where our story began.

On the right, a celebration of what’s to come for Ao Cacao.

Because tradition matters, there are 25 drawers — not 24 — with the final one saved for Christmas Day.
