The world feels a little brighter when people look after each other, here is a quick story to brighten your day!
Recently at our Silverdale store, a lovely customer came in needing to sort out her order and contact someone but her phone was about to go flat.
As I had the same type of phone, I offered to charge her phone while I sorted her order. The customer then asked if she could leave the phone for a bit longer and she would go and get a coffee from Ground Control Café.
On her return, she was waiving a little brown paper package. “I got you a little something”, she said, and don’t worry, I asked the café and they said you had allergies so they recommended this for you!”
As someone with the “allergies”, I so appreciate the care and kindness of my customer and also to Ground Control Café for knowing their customer’s needs.
Sometimes, a little kindness, just starts the ripple effect.
