⏰The alarm rings and you wake up.

🏃♂️💨Attend to work, family and social commitments throughout the day.
😕Take breaks, but feel distracted or unable to fully enjoy the moment.
⁉️Asking yourself what is the meaning of life and why you are here.
🛏Go to sleep. Wake up the next day and begin all over again.
