๐ŸŸ Simon Jones is an experienced journeyman of spearfishing and a keen freediver. He has dived regularly in spearfishing competitions since the mid 90s, and on occasions he does OK. He will outline his thoughts on the benefits of competing, what works for him, and a few things to avoid.
